Complete the pain assessment and provide any additional documents such as imaging reports, progress notes from other providers. We will then determine your eligibility and based on a thorough review issue a prescription for you to submit to your insurance company to cover/assist with the cost of purchasing a hot tub. If you can not get insurance coverage, you can claim the hot tub purchase as a medical expense deductible on your taxes. Florida residents are eligible to have sales tax waived on a hot tub purchase with a valid prescription. You will need to provide a copy of the prescription to the hot tub company of your choice.
